Welcome
at "Sunset", the Tavern where you can enjoy a superb
selection of tasty and unique Sifnian traditional home-cooked
meals, and local wine.
Here we
use many home grown products: Our own fresh vegetables, eggs,
cheese, olives an local oil.
We serve a variety of grill (lamb
chops, local sausages, chicken, veal and pork steaks, kebab
etc). The
meat we use is local. Some of the
traditional
dishes that you will find here
are: chickpea croquettes, string beans with garlic paste,
traditional chickpea soup (cooked in an oven with wood),
caper-salad, mastelo, cheese-balls, cheese-pies
and many more.
